2009/05/25 Skambankt warm up for AC/DC!
| 2009 is about to become the big Skambankt year. After the release of their latest album Hardt Regn, the band has been out on an arena tour in Denmark together with D-A-D, they have played 20 concerts in Norway and had radio hits in both Norway and Denmark. In the summer, Skambankt are booked for - amongst others - Roskilde, Quart, Norway Rock Festival, and Slottsfjell. To top all of this, the band has been selected to warm up for the guys' big heroes from AC/DC at a sold-out Valle Hovin (near Oslo, translator's note) on June 15. Hardt Regn entered the Norwegian charts at an impressive 5th place in its first week, and has been in the Top 40 almost continuously since its release at the end of January. |
